Alfredo heads the Department of dispute resolution for the firm. He has a reputable
experience with disputes concerning the motor vehicle sector and distribution
of motor vehicles and matters concerning industrial and intellectual property.
He regularly takes part in arbitration proceedings for out-of-court resolution of disputes.
He also participates regularly in the area of Company Law where he directs procedures
for mergers and acquisitions and corporate disputes.
He is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid since 1985.
