He heads up the Department of Tax Law within the firm.
He commonly focuses on planning and providing consultancy for operations and
business and acts as defence lawyer before Tax Inspections in all jurisdictions.
He also works regularly in the area of commercial law, taking part in buy/sell-back,
merger and acquisition operations and in corporative disputes.
He is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid since 1992.
